In this video I travel to Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, to do, among other things, four days of plant medicine (ayahuasca) ceremonies.

When Gerard Powell, the Founder of Rythmia, started his journey toward optimal health and well-being, he was a successful businessman worth millions of dollars but was profoundly unhappy. Driven by the ease of awakening through alternative therapy programs, he decided to make it his life’s mission to show others there is indeed a shortcut to happiness. I consider him to be a real force of nature and, despite how difficult plant medicine ceremonies often prove to be, can't wait to get back to Rythmia for another round.
