Brik Oven was started in January 2016 by two young professionals Sreeram Anvesh & Anirudh Nopany. Chef Anirudh trained in Le Cordon Bleu , London is a master of European food having studied French cuisine, he understood the technical as well as the artistic elements that go into making the perfect dish. Sreeram Anvesh craving for the creamy delicious shakes that he had in his days abroad led him to quit his job in the corporate world and bring the same shakes to India. Since its launch Brik Oven has become synonymous to the word pizza.
