Jordan explains that when we approach a new challenge “new genes turn on in our nervous system and code for new proteins.”

He says that exploration is a key ingredient if we want to reach our potential, and that we must interact with the world in a way that we extract the most information from every lesson. We then build our selves up, step-by-step out of the information we acquire while exploring new territory.

We are all full of potential, putting ourselves in situations we don’t want to be in is how we unlock it.
