Visited one of my favorite places in the Florida Keys not often thought of because its one of the few without a boat ramp.
Even better for me, there's rarely anyone there sharing the trails!
Spent the day out here and got in several miles of walking combined with an intermittent band workout.
Nothing better than exploring and getting your training in 💪🏼
If you ever hit these trails checkout shipwrecks which is an awesome little bar with food and drinks thats hard to beat. Finished my day off with an ice cold beer looking at the water 👌
