Kosal Khiev is a Khmer Exiled American (K.E.A.). He was deported to Cambodia in 2011 after serving 14 years in California State Prison and 1 year in an immigration holding facility. He was 16 years old when he was sentenced as an adult.
Now he lives in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is a spoken word artist, painter, tattoo artist and an educator. Kosal hopes you will come visit his site and leave a message for him.
