Almonds 50 gr. (1.8 oz).
Pumpkin seeds 30 gr. (1 oz).
Sunflower seeds 20 gr. (0.7 oz).
Flax seeds 1 tablespoon.
Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon.
Chop the dried apricots with a knife.
1 pinch of salt.
Whites of 2 eggs.
3 tablespoons of honey.
Form cookies with a diameter of 8 cm.
We will use the remaining mixture for the next recipe.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (360 °F) for 15 minutes.
60 gr. (2 ounces) oatmeal.
Grind.
Pulp of 1 banana.
Mix all ingredients.
Form cookies.

Melt in a water bath.
1 tablespoon coconut oil.
Melt the butter.
Mix.
Dip the cookies in chocolate.
Place the cookies in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Let the cookies and oatmeal cool.
