Certain species of birds in the United States such as House Sparrows and European Starlings can cause problems at bird feeders by being aggressive and bullying other species. Native species such as Common Grackles, Blue Jays, and Brown-headed Cowbirds can also be aggressive and dominate feeder space. Here are 5 ways to keep these problem species away, to allow more peaceful, native species to have more space.
