In this video I show a little of the recent new re-release of the Foursevens Quark QK16L MKIII from Prometheus Lights which is now blue which this may be one of the earlier videos showing this particular model in both 16650 battery (instead of AA) and blue. The website's reviews are merged and hard to date but it says this is the first time the Quark has been in Midnight Blue with 90+ CRI Nichia 319A.
Sadly I don't have any original Quarks or good variety EDC sized lights to compare as tonight will be a focus on color. A quick look at a thread and I see and some members on Candle Power Forums have been waiting for a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) Quark for years. And I can see why, a tiny handheld with accurate color looks very useful and could likely standout at a flashlight show and tell when everyone else is doing pale cool white discount lighthouse memes.

Lights shown in the video are
Bushnell TRKR 140L (from Wal-Mart maybe 2013)
Mini Maglite LED (from The Home Depot, probably first gen LED maybe 2018)
ThruNite Archer 1A V3 in NW (a friend gifted me while eating eggs dinner at Perkins Restaurant and Bakery once around 2015)
Not shown on camera but the overhead 'stage' lights are the recent Foursevens Maelstrom MX3F 'flood'.
The Certified Neutral Gray card is the WhiBal G7 White Balance Studio Card of Michael Tapes Design (today being distributed by Outdoor Photo Gear since Michael Tapes is now retired)
The charger is Foursevens USB Flex Charger (Li-Ion and NiMH)
The USB Power bank is some old RAVPower one I had in a backpack nearby.
