2025 Toyota Supra GRMN: The Ultimate Sports Car?


It would appear that Toyota is getting ready to release a new Supra model that will be purpose-built to complete one lap of what is widely considered to be the best racetrack in the world as rapidly as humanly feasible. Recent photographs taken by one of our covert photographers show a partially concealed prototype being driven around the renowned Nordschleife track at the Nurburgring in Germany. Speculation points to it being the 2025 Toyota GRMN Supra.Even though the majority of Supra fans have probably heard of Toyota's Gazoo Racing (GR) division, it's possible that not everyone is familiar with GRMN. This phrase literally translates to "Gazoo Racing tuned by the Meister of the Nurburgring." The latter is a nickname for Hiromu Naruse, who was Toyota's top test driver before he passed away.The fact that a Supra was spotted undergoing testing at the 'Ring does not necessarily suggest that it is a GRMN model; nonetheless, speculations that date all the way back to 2020 have kept us on the watch for such a vehicle. Another rumor that turned out to be true was that the Supra will get a manual transmission for the 2023 model year.
