I just made the Hokkien Style Sticky Rice and it taste absolutely delicious, and also sticky rice is my favorite. How about you?
Ingredients:
150g sticky rice [⅓ lbs]
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 eschalot
100g mushrooms [¼ lbs]
2 chinese sausages
50g dried shrimp [1¾ oz]
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
