Ingredients:
The Baker’s Dozen Pita Bread
1 small cup of Hung curd
1 small cup of Shredded Paneer
1 small chopped Capsicum
1 small chopped Red Bell pepper
1 small chopped Yellow bell pepper
1 small cup of chopped Cabbage
1 tbsp Mustard Paste
1 tbsp Green chilies
Method:
Add hung curd, shredded paneer, chopped capsicum, bell peppers, cabbage, finely chopped green chilies, and mustard paste to a bowl. Take a heating pan and grill both sides of pita bread Spread the filling evenly on one side and close it with another slice of pita bread, making a sandwich.
