Refined Flour - मैदा - 4 tbsp
Cornflour - कॉर्नफ्लोर - 2 tbsp
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli - कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - 1 tsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated
And
Oil for Frying

Oil - तेल - 2 tbsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 1, finely chopped
Carrot - गाजर - 1, julienne
Capsicum - शिमलामिर्च - 1, julienne
French Beans - फ्रेंच बीन्स - 1/2 Cup, finely chopped
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce - सोया सॉस - 1 tsp
Vinegar - सिरका - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - लाल मिर्च सॉस - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 1/4 tsp, crushed
Tomato Sauce - टमाटर सॉस - 2 tbsp
