An animated summary of the book They Ask, You Answer by Marcus Sheridan - Explaining how to build trust with your audience by answering their doubts, fears and true interests with content marketing.
This book was written for established companies, but I have learned from it as a currently independent solo creator aswell.
What do the customers see as a negative in your industry?
Share with us in the comments below! ( For mine I guess it's having too much theory and not enough application )
My takeaways from the book are to use video in every e-mail broadcast, even short ones. And to always focus on the question "Would I want this if I were the buyer?" to name a few.
