In this video I show you how to throw a forkball which is one of the three pitches that I used to throw in pro baseball. The fork ball can be a very great pitch when you learn how to get the slipping action because it will "knuckle" out of the hand and be very hard to hit. The forkball can be hard to control, but the amount of movement you can potentially get from this pitch will make the lack of pitching accuracy worth it.
