A man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to manslaughter and arson charges, according to the Monroe County District Attorney's Office. Juan Rivera was sentenced to 25 years in the New York Department of Corrections plus five years of post-release supervision for the homicide of 35-year-old Maribel Rivera-Diaz.
