Nicole was last seen on July 10, 2021, at around 5 a.m., after she and another woman were dropped off by a taxi on 82 Avenue between 97 and 99 Street, police said in a Wednesday news release. While Frenchman's remains have never been found, police said investigators believe she is dead and that her death is a homicide.
