Tokwa't Baboy is very easy to prepare. It is usually paired with Goto, Lugaw, or Rice Porridge here in the Philippines. One of the secrets of Tokwat Baboy is thru its sauce. In this video, I shared my very own recipe. Very simple and easy to prepare. Hope you like it guys!
INGREDIENTS:
8 pcs of Tofu or Tokwa
1/4 kilo of Pork Belly (Laman) or Tenga ng Baboy
1 medium-sized onion (diced)
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/3 cup of water
1/3 cup of vinegar
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1 tsp of ground black pepper
2-3 tablespoon of sugar
FOR GARNISH
spring onions
toasted garlic
