Everyone experiences art block so don't worry! I want to inspire you to actually create, keep on creating, finish projects, paintings and overcome the (inevitable) creative fear once and for all! Creative resistance and the fear of making art is a real thing and works in cycles. It's the ebb and flow of our creativity. It takes courage, persistance, dicipline and dedication to bust through those low points of making. I'm going to share with you everything I do to grow my courage in order to keep on creating and therefore experience the breakthroughs in art and painting that we all crave. I don't actually think fear of the blank page or canvas is the real problem. I believe there is a bigger problem to overcome... and once we can navigate, beat and bust that, we can push through any block once and for all!
