When people want to have a swimming pool installed the initial plan review usually includes a host of upgrades and optional extras such as slides, diving boards, stamped concrete decks, waterfalls and water features...all of these upgrades are going to cost a TON of money on top of the already very expensive basic pool package. When you want to cut costs on a pool build the best way is to focus on building a good basic pool structure, plumbing system and filtration system. Leave the optional upgrades for another day in the future when they can be added!
