Chicken kedjenou
Ingredients :
tomato - tomato paste - garlic - onion - fresh peper - pepper - salt - soumara - akpi - 1 whole chicken: Cooking: 40 min
Cooking
1. Put oil and diced onion in the pan
2. Cut the chicken into pieces, rinse with cold water then hot water and put in the pan
3. Season with salt, pepper and minced garlic
4. Boil the tomato, onion and fresh chilli
5. Grill the akpi.
6. Crush the tomato, onion, fresh pepper, garlic and akpi; put everything in the pan
7. Add the tomato paste then water
8. Stir well and simmer 20 - 25
9. Add the spices: pepper, soumara, curry
10. Stir well, put on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes
And it's ready!!!
