Moist mocha cake

2 cups all purpose flour
½ tsp iodized salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Casa Bamvina Premium cocoa powder
2 medium eggs
½ cup oil
½ cup evap milk
½ tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 cup tap water
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups granulated white sugar
1 tbsp bakersfield flavorade mocha
Yield: 5 cups cake batter
Bake in 1 8x3 round pan
160c for 1 hr
