I have always been a fan of the show Mind of a Chef. I remember Season 1 was all about the ideas and cooking of David Chang. That is why as soon as I found out that he opened his store here in Toronto, I immediately went there to try out his signature Ramen. This year I decided to come back and feature them in one of my Vlogs. I was simply blown away with his new menu and the ramen is still to die for. it was a perfect meal to enjoy for the start of my winter vacation.
