In this video, Claudia Christian speaks about her own experience with Alcohol Use Disorder, and why she believes in telemedicine as an effective treatment for AUD. Claudia had success with the Sinclair Method after battling her own alcohol dependence for many years: trying different options from abstinence, rehab, 12 steps, Alcoholics Anonymous, therapy and more. After recovering from her alcohol addiction, she started a non-profit, the C Three Foundation, to provide free resources for others who are struggling with a drinking problem. Claudia is on the advisory board of Ria Health because she believes in giving people a choice in changing their relationship to alcohol, and individualizing care in a way that works for the person. She is an advocate for the Sinclair Method for alcohol addiction.
