Carole has identified quite a big problem for many beginner and intermediate paddlers; once you fall off your board, it can be a real struggle to get back on. In order to help those who may not be able to self rescue or pull themselves back onto the board, Carole has put together this video to show you some simple exercises that will strengthen your upper body. The three exercises are;
1. Tricep Dips
1. Press Ups
3. Hip Strengthening (fire hydrant)
Make time to work on your fitness. As Carole says, you don't need the fancy gear and these exercises can be done anywhere at any time.
