Babi has exerted his authority as the ruler of Tolbi to enter our party into Colosso, which should surprise absolutely no-one whose played the game up to this point. A tournament that attracts the strongest, fastest and most skilled warriors to compete, Isaac's group may seem like they don't have much chance in the finals. Fortunately, they have something going in their favour: they're the only adepts competing.
This means that they have access to abilities that the other contestants can't dream of having; healing, attack and defence boosts, the ability to inflict status effects and the djinn unleashes and summons. Not only that but the spells are invisible to those that aren't adepts, which'll make watching the tournament a peculiar event indeed.
I'd like to say that's the only thing Isaac and co will have in their favour, but it's not. Let's just say that we're going to get a lot of advance notice what the obstacles we'll be facing are... and what they won't be when we're done tampering with them.
That's right folks, it's time to cheat. But the game says it's totally okay so that makes it fine, right? Right.
