Mumford and Sons play But My Heart Told My Head (Winter Winds) and The Cave live at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) in London on 4 March 2009.
The lighting during Mumford and Sons set was very subdued at times and these clips, as shot, were very dark. But My Heart Told My Head has brightened up fairly well. The Cave is, ironically - or perhaps appropriately - very dark to start with. It does brighten up later though, so please stick with it - it is a great song!
Both songs are included on the limited edition 10" vinyl, 'The Cave and the Open Sea', released on Chess Club on 6 April 2009, available exclusively from thevinylfactory.com.
Newly recorded versions of both songs will also be included on Mumford and Sons debut album, Sigh No More, released on 5 October 2009. But My Heart Told My Head has been re-titled Winter Winds for the album release,
Hot news! Winter Winds has been announced as the second single to be taken from Sigh No More and will be released on 07 December 2009. And it has already been made Record of The Week by BBC Radio 1's Scott Mills! Visit the official Mumford and Sons website for full details.
