As a gift for the holidays, Nathalie wanted to sing the song with accompaniment for Lillian. She wanted to offer her la vie en rose. Literally, that’s translated to “life in pink,” but a better interpretation is “life seen in happy hues.” For Nathalie, this was the best way to tell Lillian how much she’s cared for and that she’ll always be in the hearts of everyone from BAYADA.
