In this #projectzomboid guide I show you the fastest way possible to level up cooking and ultimately reach level 10. Cooking levels can be gained by cooking various food. From level 7 Cooking onwards you can use small amounts of rotten food in your dishes and you will be able to tell if food is posionous. The higher the cooking level in Project zomboid, the more Nutritional value you get out of your cooked food. Truely the only Project Zomboid cooking guide you'll ever need.
