A. SDD#113-R1-24 – 65 Memorial Road - Notice of Town Planner’s intention to
approve, pursuant to section 177-44C (9)(b)(c), a request filed on behalf of Blue Back Capital Partners, LLC and Brand Street Properties, LLC for revisions to the approved Special Development District plan (SDD #113) more commonly known as Blue Back Square. The request is for landscape and parking changes within the right-of-way, in and along Memorial Road, to construct accessibility enhancement for improved access into the entrance of the Rutherford Building at 65 Memorial Road.
