What's heard here is a STH-10 Siren used by the Jewish Communities throughout Brooklyn. They used it on Friday, September 11th, 2015. I figured to make a video like this as a respect to what happened on the horrific events in the World Trade Center and the lost of lives of Citizens, NYPD Police Officers and the FDNY's Fire Fighters..
A very excellent spot that I recorded.
