Recipe Measurements:
Semolina Custard:
4 cups whole milk
½ cup sugar
3/4 cup semolina
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp rose water
Topping:
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbs corn starch
1 tbs sugar
½ cup chopped pistachios
Syrup:
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
Juice of ½ lemon
2 tsp rose water
