Acting Chief Justice, Raymond Zondo, says utterances by Tourism Minister Lindiwe Sisulu that the Constitution has done little for the victims of colonialism, is an insult to black judges. In an opinion piece penned last week, Sisulu claimed the Constitution has given rise to what she calls a sea of poverty. Government has already distanced itself from what it terms as reckless utterances.
