This is the perfect time to get centred and do the deep inner work through meditation. It is vital that you set an intention to let go of all that is longer in resonance with your highest good or preventing you from becoming the best version of yourself. It is a time to activate and realign your third eye, heart chakra, higher self and Merkaba. During this time there is an esoteric energy influx that helps you to shift out of the pain cycle and reconnect to cosmic consciousness.
Many people have been feeling the symptoms of the ascension severely over the past few months. For some, it has manifested as the flu, headaches or sickness. Others experience a range of difficult emotions such as grief, fear, shame and guilt whilst many others have had to lose attachments such as relationships or careers that are no longer serving them.
All of those lower frequency patterns are being lifted and cleared so that is why all of this discomfort has arisen. Our DNA is becoming crystalline so we also get symptoms of deep fatigue and extreme thirst. This is all happening for our purposeful good to help us start to live in the present, love ourselves unconditionally and go with the flow.
