1. Warm up your body before using the "Warm Up for Beginner Pole Dancers" video: [ Ссылка ]
2. Start from the very first video of this playlist, as the tricks will be a progression of the video before: [ Ссылка ]
3. Try 2-4 tricks per 1 hour training session depending on your strength & energy level.
4. Video is mirrored, and if you get confused with directions - red band on my right wrist and right ankle to indicate the right side of my body!
5. Make sure to cool down afterwards, be kind to yourself, and take care of your body - you've only got one! x
