This is a great month to be a member of the Bread Baking Club, as it’s time for a Pane Bianco. This loaf is stuffed full of sun-dried tomato, garlic, basil, and mozzarella cheese, and is a joy to make (and eat).
Not only is this bread delicious, it also introduces a new bread shape, which could be used with any number of tasty fillings.
This loaf would make an excellent addition to any Italian meal, or would be great simply served with some antipasti.
