Brief Overview
Fractionated coconut oil is a great topical carrier oil that is liquid at room temperature and is non greasy. Some of the main uses are below:

- Apply a quarter sized amount topically to hydrate your skin without messing with your perfume or essential oil blends

- Mix FCO with calming oils and massage it into your neck and shoulders for a deeper relaxation experience

- Dilute stronger (or hotter) oils with fractionated coconut oil before applying the EO topically to lessen sensitivity
