1) Fatty fish
Fishes like Trout, Tuna, Sardines, and salmon are the richest sources of Omega-3 fatty acids which are used by our brain to generate nerve cells and brain cells, which are essential for memory and learning.
2) Coffee
One cup of coffee contains 2 components- caffeine and antioxidants both of which are reported to support the health of our brain.
3) Blueberries
Blueberries and other deep-colored berries are packed with a special group of compounds namely “anthocyanin” which provides us with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.
4)Turmeric
