There are a couple of ways to avoid paying child support. The biggest variable that depicts how much child support you pay is the amount of custody you have with the child. So if you can get more custodial custody with your child, then you will pay less in child support.  the best case scenario would be for you to get a split 50-50 percentage of custody with your child and the other parent. This is going to save you from paying a lot of money in child support.

The second most crucial variable to how much you pay in child support is the parents incomes. If one parent makes a lot more in common than the other parent then it’s going to have to equal itself out. ideally you want to have both parents make around the same amount of money or else one of them is going to pay more in child support. The system treats child support as an email system for the child. This means they are going to take the incomes of each parent and try to equalize it for the child’s benefit.

These are the two biggest factors in deciding how much child support you pay. If you can try to get as much custodial time with your child that’s going to help big time. And if both parents make around the same amount of money, that is also going to help you avoid paying more in child support fees.
