Please join Women in Science at Yale (WISAY) for a 90-minute workshop on "How to lead when you're not the boss" for women scientists.
This workshop will focus on enabling joy in work, with a distinct emphasis on why this is a powerful concept for women leaders. This workshop will give you concrete ways to assess and improve your leadership, while having a bit of fun in the process. It is not about leadership traits but on what leading people requires you to do.
This workshop will be conducted by Paul Armstrong, a highly acclaimed presenter at international conferences on Quality Improvement, Human Development and Leadership and Knowledge Management. Paul is an energetic and stimulating speaker, who has learned how to lead when you’re not the boss from over 25 years of helping teams of all sorts.
