We have several issues that pose a challenge to women’s progress. For instance imposter syndrome experienced by 80% of women. Leadership roles come with uncertainty, women often fall into the trap of questioning their capabilities or waiting until they think they’re 100% ready. There are simply too few women to promote to senior leadership. However, women leaders continue demanding more & they’re increasingly willing to switch jobs to get it. Their greatest struggle is balancing family & work responsibilities. More often than not a woman finds herself with guilt of failing in one.
