Fresh Salmon
1 - 2 tsps Lawry's
1 tsp paprika
freshly ground pepper to taste
2 tbsps light olive oil
1/4 - 1/2 cup honey
1 - 2 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsps butter
4 cloves garlic, minced finely
parsley/chives/scallions diced
1 lemon sliced
To make sauce:
Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 a lemon(juice), garlic, green onion
Season salmon. Add a bit of oil to your skillet and heat to medium high heat. Once your pan is nice and hot, add your salmon and sear for about 3 - 4 minutes. Flip the salmon and add your butter. Once your butter is melted add in your honey garlic sauce. Turn on the oven to broil. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes while basting sauce over salmon. Add lemon slices about 2 minutes into cooking. Pop the salmon into the oven on broil for another 1-2 minutes. Done
