Was not a fan of Block Cleans for a long time until today.
Had a little mental breakdown at 80%, then my coach jumped in (not warmed up) and popped off a fast 89kg Block Clean.
Pissed me off and cranked out both sets of 2.
Pulls should have been easier than it looks, but today was the first day that I figured out how to do Cleans from the blocks (the right way).
Cut Back Squats short as my legs and back were fatigued from the Blocks.
BW is back up to normal
Think I might just do a chest workout tomorrow and give the legs and back a rest
