Easy and Quick Orange Upside Down Cake! Simple and very tasty!

INGREDIENTS:
For the Bottom:
2 medium Oranges (different varieties: orange, navel orange, blood orange)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
½ cup water
2 tbsp. orange juice
For the Cake Dough:
3 eggs
1 cup/200g granulated sugar
¾ cup/165 cooking oil (or neutral oil)
1 tsp vanilla or orange extract
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 ¼ cup/165g all-purpose flour
1 tsp/6g baking powder
For the Syrup:
Remaining orange syrup
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup blood orange juice
INSTRUCTION:
For the base:
Slice the oranges horizontally very thinly, Heat the sugar, water and orange juice on high heat in a medium-sized pot until it reaches the boiling point. Put the oranges in the syrup Turn the heat to medium-low and let the slices nap for 10-12 minutes. Turn off the heat.
For Cake Dough:
Add eggs and sugar to a large mixing bowl and mix until combined with a whipping string. Add oil, Vanilla, orange juice and keep whipping. Sprinkle flour and baking powder over the cake mix, stir until well combined. Cover the edges and bottom of a 20cm cake mold with grease paper.
Preheat the oven at 175C Remove the orange slices from the syrup and arrange the cake mold by color. Dip and dip blood oranges in the syrup and put them in a cake mold and create a pattern like in the reel. Pour the cake dough over the orange slices. Put in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes until lightly fried. Test whether the cake is cooked or not by dipping some cottage cheese in the middle and making sure it comes out clean. When done, remove from oven and let chill for 20-30 minutes. Turn a cake upside down on a serving plate.
For the syrup:
Add sugar and orange juice to the same pot with the remaining syrup and let boil for 2-4 minutes. Remove from fire and leave to cool for 10-15 minutes until just warm. Pour half of this mixture over the cake you prepared, set half aside for serving.
