UPDATE video of the sensor in it's original position: [ Ссылка ]
This is of the NEW sensor put in place [ Ссылка ]
I am a bit sorry to viewers. I know it's a bit of a mess to tell. The location is straight down on this tiny sensor that needed to be replaced for 1. car stalled. 2. check engine light came on. Ford Explorer Crankshaft Sensor is located straight down after you take off the radiator fan and it's located in the area where the camera focused in the beginning. To loosen the sensor from the wire there is a CLIP on to hold the sensor - you pop it off! I wasn't sure how to remove the clip from sensor, but found a similar clip in the motor and saw the metal wire on it to pop off. You see the clip and sensor has already been taken off. There are TWO bolts that hold crankshaft sensor in place. Only part that was taken off to replace sensor was the Radiator Fan. Once sensor is off it's easy to install 30 minute job max. Hope it helps to paint a picture for someone out there?
