This is an example of how I practice my daily brain retraining rounds. Pulling from multiple brain retraining programs such as DNRS, The Lightening Process, The Stop Method, and then blending in mindfulness, positive psychology, NeuroLinguistic Programming, CBT and my background as a therapist, I have developed a unique way to approach brain retraining practice.
