Can the best of contemporary 3 inch quads replace the classic, solid, well set up, tried & true 5 inch freestyle quad as your go-to? What's the difference? What's better? What matters?
My take it that it's really close. Obvious edge to the small quad in terms of agility. Edge to the big quad in terms of momentum. They're really. really close though. Tons of capability overlap. For typical short-medium range freestyle you probably wouldn't notice any difference at all 80% of the time.
