There's never been a better time to get into the J.League. Japanese players like Kyogo Furuhashi, Daizen Maeda and Reo Hatate are making names for themselves overseas; the J.League is being broadcast in more countries than ever before; plus there's more English language content about Japanese football than ever before.
But jumping straight into the J.League can be overwhelming. So this video is an introduction to everything you need to know about the J.League. Starting with a bit of history, then an overview of the league structure, a look at the cup competitions, an overview of the biggest teams, and then some information on how to watch and follow the J.League.
If you have any more questions about the J.League, feel free to ask in the comments.
