Pharmaceutical giant Bayer to cut management staff in half after 42,000 lawsuits against their company Round-up is accused of causing Cancer.

Bater will move to a Dynamic Self Leadership Model for employees and remove half of all management staff in an effort to lean out the organization and cut red tape. Is it too little too late for Bayer?

I would say that their strategy is flawed and they need to start by getting rid of their product lines which cause all these lawsuits in the first place.

Have you guys ever seen groups of up to 100 employees be able to manage themselves? Because I haven’t. Do you think it will work?
