Step by Step Process

For the Salad Dressing:

¼ Cup Olive Oil / जैतून का तेल / ઓલિવ તેલ
2 TBSP Harissa Sauce / हरीसा सॉस / હરિસ્સા ચટણી
1 TBSP Honey / शहद / મધ
3 TBSP Lime Juice / नींबू का रस / લીંબુનો રસ
1 TBSP Lime Zest / नींबू का छिलका / લીંબુ છાલ
1 TBSP Fresh Garlic / ताजा लहसुन / તાજુ લસણ
1 TSP Fresh Ginger / ताजा अदरक / તાજુ આદુ
1 TSP Cumin Powder / जीरा पाउडर / જીરું પાવડર
Salt to Taste / नमक स्वादानुसार / મીઠું સ્વદાનુસાર
1 TSP Black Pepper Powder / काली मिर्च पाउडर / કાળા મરી પાવડર

For Salad:
3 Cup Carrot / गाजर / ગાજર
¾ Cup Golden Raisins / गोल्डन किशमिश / ગોલ્ડન કિસમિસ
¾ Cup Roasted Peanut / भुनी हुई मूंगफली / શેકેલી મગફળી
¼ Cup Cilantro / धनिया / ધાના
¼ Cup Green Onions / हरी प्याज / લીલી ડુંગળી
Pour Prepared Dressing / तैयर किया हुआ ड्रेसिंग डालें / તૈયાર ડ્રેસિંગ રેડો
Mix Well / अच्छी तरह मिला लें / સારી રીતે ભેળવી દો
