For 60fps I set in-game Vsync OFF and NVidia Control Panel Vsync ON. Any other way I have trouble with audio glitching or very low fps. The game was played in 3840x2160 and later rendered to 1080 resolution, so actually, this game has no trouble running and capturing at 4k and 60 fps without a single fps drop on Palit RTX 3070.
